We’re looking for a sales manager with B2B SaaS experience to help us build the Eunimart US sales program and team. You’ll be among the first hires to join our US team, with the opportunity to have a huge impact helping us develop our US sales program, implement GTM strategy, and build a sales team. This position is for an individual contributor to start but has lots of potential for management in the near future for the right candidate. You will have significant autonomy to define the role and the growth of the sales program over time.
We are launching the Eunimart platform in the US and we’re building a sales team to support the effort. This role will report to the head of the US business and will initially involve supporting sales program development and sales efforts at every level in close partnership with our founding team, with a particular focus on closing leads delivered by the SDR team. You’ll be involved in sales strategy and planning, ideally taking point on these processes and helping us improve our sales processes and expertise overall.
This role is located anywhere in the US as a remote position. We are headquartered in LA so occasional availability during PST working hours may be necessary for meetings and collaboration, but otherwise working hours are flexible. Unfortunately we are unable to sponsor visas for non-US citizens/permanent residents at this time.
A bit about you
We’re more interested in who you are than what you’ve done, but you will need to have a few years of B2B SaaS sales experience to be successful in this role. Previous management experience and ecommerce industry experience in any capacity are both pluses but not required.
Most importantly, you have a curious and inquisitive mind. The idea of stepping into a mostly undefined role that you’ll get to shape is an advantage, not a drawback to you. You’re excited by the idea of building things (and teaching yourself how along the way). You can communicate clearly and effectively and adapt your communication style to different audiences of varying levels of expertise.
